23 years professional experience covering investment banking, product management, branding, LSM, Tier I and II Telecom carrier relations, B2B sales, construction project management, real estate sales of both horizontal and vertical residential developments and industrial park developments. 

Started his career in 1997 with FAPE-ECC, a quasi-government investment banking and loans conduit organization then he later moved to FMCG - Red Ribbon Foods Corporation where he was part of the rebranding and formulation of Local Store Marketing campaigns. Also handled telecom infrastructure development, B2B and carrier relations in Japan, Brazil, Nepal and Israel from 2009 to 2012 during his time in IPS Inc. - Japan. He was also a former Regional Director for Asia Pacific at Duotal Inc. and managed various international PPP construction projects in Singapore, Hong Kong and privately owned projects in China and Malaysia. 

His cumulative 13 years experience in real estate estate experience gained from Ayala Land Inc., Sta. Elena Properties Inc., Exchange Properties Resources Corporation and Lima Land Inc. equates to over $400M sales portfolio. This includes industrial land sale and leases to global manufacturing companies such as Japan Tobacco Inc., EPSON (expansion), ATC Healthcare and other international manufacturing companies from Taiwan, Japan and the US. 

A licensed real estate broker and has 10 years experience in sales, marketing, customer care, ads and promo. Started her professional career with the SM Group of Companies in 2009, she later moved to Puregold Price Club, Inc. and IBM Global Process Services. In 2012, she joined Lima Land Inc. where she later served as Assistant Manager for Corporate sales. She played a vital role in reaching the annual sales goals, servicing clients such as New Kinpo Group, Japan Tobacco Inc. and more. 

Started his career in operations at the Manila Diamond Hotel in 1992 then moved to William Lines, Inc. in 1995 and was eventually transferred to Aboitiz Transport System Corporation where he gained 19 years of solid experience in logistics management, terminal operations, retail and group sales management. 

In 2014, he joined Lima Land Inc. as Operations Manager and has successfully crafted and implemented innovative industrial park operation standards which led to making Lima the most sought after industrial park in the Philippines.  

She started working for Nordstrom in New Jersey, USA in 1994 then later on moved to Technology and Management Analysis Corporation in Virginia, USA as a Technical Writer. In 1998, she started working for WG&A Superferry and Aboitiz Transport System where she led several divisions from call center operations to vessel operations and purchasing. 

She transferred to Aboitizland Inc. in 2011 as Assistant Vice-President for property management and the eventually became the Assistant Vice-President for the company's Industrial Business Unit in Cebu handling two notable industrial park developments - Mactan Economic Zone II and the West Cebu Industrial Park until 2017. She then moved to 2GO Group as Business Unit Head - AVP from 2017 to 2019.  

A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and has gained professional accounting and financial management from 2000 to date. He started working as an accountant in 2000 for Sky Internet, he then moved to Urban Basic Homes Corporation in 2004 and in 2005 he joined Aboitizland Inc. where he served as Finance and Accounting Manager for 11 years. He led the accounting team of the industrial park and residential developments of the company. He is a key player in the development of processes that resulted to efficiency and shorter lead times.  

Started his marketing career with Aboitiz Transport System in 2001 where he gained extensive experience in Above-the-Line and Below-the-line marketing, ads & promo and shipping cargo processes. In 2012, he joined an advertising and events company - Stratehiya Inc. as project head. He then moved to Lima Land Inc. in 2014 as Assistant Manager for Marketing where he was tasked to develop marketing collateral, conduct market research and build relationships with various international investment promotion government agencies, manufacturing associations and business chambers.
