A supportive role by assisting with the day-to-day operations doing tasks such as providing a diverse range of office support, with a significant portion of work involving composing, preparing materials and documents for meetings, answering phone calls, coordinating schedules, and managing the calendar of the department heads. Responsible for handling communications, distributing information, and assisting with bookkeeping and budgeting operations.
Responsible for and overseeing both the Client Experience Center of Sta. Ana Eco Park and the CEZA Experience Center. Assisting to improve the experience of guests and customers. Able to identify customer needs, respond to customer queries, and collaborate with internal departments to optimize customer services and brand awareness. Receive incoming calls and make outbound calls to customers in time-sensitive situations. Capable of transitioning between multiple job priorities at the same time with strong communication and people skills and a desire to help people.
